sad stuff less time than ever

My grandmother passed away last week, it was over a 2 week thing, it was very sudden. to me anyway, i mean i just talked to her 3 or so weeks ago, a week before it happend i could talk to her. It was cancer, she went to the hospital and at first they thought it was pnamonia, then they found she had broken her rib. she stayed overnight and they did more tests and found that she had a tumor on her spine, then the spot on her lung was a tumor and liver; all cancerous. it was very strange, she was in the hospital 2 days, and she was already frail before she went in. about 4 days later she passed away.
it has been extremely hard on me, since i have been living with them in their house, helping out when i could. I really liked talking to her, and she although having a hearing problem, eventually could hear me and listen to me; last time i talked to her she talked about how she wished i could get a job i liked. I feel so awful, i could barely come down and look at her let alone talk to her when she came back from the hospital in her hospital bed. she looked so different, i think it was a tramatic experience for me that i just wanted to wake up from, i still can't believe it. Even when i go over their house now i expect to see her, and when i think about going over there she is the first person i think of. I just wish i could've done more, talked with her more.
